the constitution committee will surely work on what it means to be a 'member local' this year, but in the meanwhile - as far as i know, the adjunct and undergrad unions were just listed on the cgeu website as references, not because they've ever participated in any of the CGEU conferences. in fact, if i remember correctly, i was the one who submitted the three adjunct and one undergrad links to be list on the cgeu website. best, michael
